The dining area offers a table with 8 chairs to enjoy your family meals all together. You will also find a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board. The four bedrooms feature a closet and AC. Three of the bedrooms still are on the main floor, two of them with a double bed and one with twin beds. The last bedroom is on the first floor, it has a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with a jetted shower, tub and sauna. Then, there are two more bathrooms, one on the main floor with a shower and the other upstairs with a tub. A baby cot and a high chair as well as a small gym area also are available. Finally, the house is equipped with oil central heating.

Where do you want to go to the beach? From Costitx is very easy to get to the northern and south-eastern beaches, in between 26 and 30 km drive you can get to lots beaches. For us the best ones are: Ses Casetes des Capellans, Cala Magraner, Porto Cristo, Cala Morlanda, Portocolom, etc.
The property is only 1.2 km away from Costitx, a lovely charming village. This is a quiet area but well communicated with any other spot in the island. The town centre offers a bakery, a groceries shop, banks, some bars, etc. Sineu is a bigger town located 7.3 km away with a wider variety of services and an extraordinary street market that takes place on Wednesday mornings and is the oldest one in Mallorca. Here you can enjoy the traditional Mallorcan dishes in the local restaurants. From Costitx you have also an easy access to many beaches like Ses Casetes des Capellans, Cala Magraner, Porto Cristo, Cala Morlanda or Portocolom, all of them about 25 - 30 km away.
