This lovingly decorated, well-cared for holiday apartment stands out thanks to its cosiness and harmonious furnishings. The large windows allow us to watch the morning sun greeting the valley.
You can enjoy magnificent views of the surrounding mountains from the living room and dining nook. The roofed-over terrace is also an inviting place to relax. Even kids have enough space to play in the spacious apartment.
Guests can sleep in the separate bedroom and on the pull-out double sofa bed. Bed linen and towels are of course provided. The fully equipped kitchen has all the gadgets and utensils you could need. Underfloor heating in the bathroom creates a warm, cosy climate.

The mountainous skiing village of Reit im Winkl is one of the very best destinations for hikers. Its excellent chances of having snow throughout the season have made it famous far beyond Bavaria's borders.
The village has a unique atmosphere thanks to its well-kept old farmyards in a Chiemgau style that have retained their original, authentic charm. The village provides pure natural surroundings, cultural events and lots of sporting activities for young and old alike. The range of leisure activities on offer leaves nothing to be desired.
The village sits at an altitude of 695m, right in the middle of the Bavarian Alps. Its high location means that the heat in summer is moderate and the nights are pleasantly cool.
Park your car and leave it there! You can set off on cycling and hiking trips right from the front door. Or perhaps you'd prefer to head off on a day trip?
If you're coming from Munich-Salzburg on the A8, take the exit in Bernau and follow the signs to Reit im Winkl. Drive past the church. After approx. 1 km you'll see a route to Tirol ("the Tyrol"). The Kaiserfeld holiday house will be on your right-hand side.
