Description

The large villa comprises on the ground floor of: open area living and dining room with a feature fireplace a W.C, a kitchen, a bedroom and a storage area. Wooden stair leads to the first floor there are two lofts with bedroom, kitchen, W.C, office, and the master bedroom with fireplace, Jacuzzi, WC and cloakroom approximately 63m². This air-conditioned villa complete with a solar system, central heating and central air conditioning system in the ground floor. Also external there is a wonderful landscaping garden with tropical plants, papaya trees, pineapple trees, and a 66m² pool with sea water . It has been thoughtfully designed to comfortably accommodate family and friends (8 people).

Holiday destination

The south Crete and especially eastern side (Lassithi Region) has the most virgin places in Crete. The emeralds of the Lybian sea, the Chrissi and Leyki ( or koufonisi ) Islands, not far from the villas coast, can offer you a unique holiday experience.
On the west side is the Ierapetra City, where you can find a boat to Chrissi, and the famous traditional villages Myrtos and Anatolh. Along the way there are plenty of beautifull beaches to swim, like Agia Fotia, Galini, and the Long beach in Koutsounari. On the east side of the villa, you can reach MakriGialos, a traditional village with a beautifull beach, where you can find a boat to Leyki.

Getting there

Mit dem Flugzeug oder der Fähre nach Heraklion, danach mit einem Mietwagen, den wir Ihnen gerne buchen weiter in Richtung Irapetra.

Herzlichen Dank für die wunderschöne Woche Urlaub auf Kreta im Oktober. Das Haus und der Garten ist mit viel Liebe und Charme ausgestattet und angelegt, dass es für uns keine Wünsche offen ließ und wir uns sofort Willkommen fühlten. Charis ist ein sehr netter Gastgeber und kümmert sich liebevoll um seine Gäste. Sehr gut hat uns der direkte Meerzugang gefallen.

Wir durften zu sechst eine traumhafte Woche in Südkreta in der Villa South Crete verbringen.
Aber Achtung: Die Bilder untertreiben damit, was einen an diesem Ort erwartet! Eine wunderschöne, gepflegte Villa mit einem riesigen paradiesischen Garten, der zahlreiche schöne Plätzchen unter Palmen und diversen Bäumen bietet um zu verweilen, zu sonnen oder im Schatten auszuruhen. Dazu führt ein privater Meerzugang direkt ins kristallklare Meer Südkretas, ein grosser Pool bietet Entspannung und der sehr nette und gastfreundliche Vermieter Charis kümmert sich sorgsam um alles. Die Vermittlung der Villa sowie der beiden Mietwagen über Herr und Frau Kirmaier war absolut unkompliziert, sehr freundlich und angenehm! Vielen herzlichen Dank!

3 ehepaare (60+] fahren seit 10 jahren gmeinsam; diesesmal in der villa southcrete war einfach alles perfekt; der private meerzugang ist das absolute highlight und der garten mit den tropischen gewächsen; unser vermieter verwöhnte uns sehr und wir kommen sicher 2018 wieder; auch die freundlichkeit des personals (gärtner, reinigungsfrau)
war auffallend und in keiner weise störend; mit so viel liebe zum detail in dieser villa kann man nur gratulieren; Empfehlenswert!
