The house is located in a quiet dead-end road with direct view to Kitzbüheler Horn, Hahnenkamm and Wilder Kaiser. Walking distance to the next supermarket is 4 minutes, to the city centre 10-15 minutes. Hiking, walking, jogging and biking trails start directly in front of the house.
The ski areas of Kitzbühel, Santk Johann, Fieberbrunn etc you reach in a few minutes by car. 13 golf courts are located within 15km from village.
St. Johann in Tirol is a cosy, baroque market town in Tyrol, Austria - next to world-famous Kitzbuehel. If offers a variety of winter and summer sports such as downhill skiing, snowboarding, backcountry skiing, hiking, mountain biking, climbing and golfing.
From airport Salzburg ca. 50-60 minutes by car, from Munich approx. 1.5 -2 hours by car.
