Garmisch offers a lot to do during your holiday. Also for the whole family! Go and check out the hiking forest at the mountain "Wank", try the summer rodeling at the mountain "Eckbauer", drive a boat on the "Eibsee", swim in one of the open-air baths or ride a pony. You won't get bored. Not you, and not your children!
Because of the central location of the flat, you need only a few steps to get to various restaurants, shops, the city center with the park, the casino, the swimming bath and the ice stadion. The Zugspitz train station and the main train station are also available within walking distance. The free city bus takes you fast to the ski area or the world known ski jump and the ski stadion.
Your flat is ready from 3 p.m. on the arrival day.
Please give us a call 30 minutes before you arrive, so we can meet you at the flat. We welcome you between 3 p.m. and 6 p.m. If you arrive later than 6 p.m. please give us a notice early enough. In this case we are looking for your understanding, that we are not able to meet you in person and that you need to collect the key from a different location.

§10 Withdrawal/cancellation
The Cancellation of the rental agreement must be made in writing. The day we get the Cancellation is the day that will be used for taxation of the costs. For travel cancellation we charge the following costs:
Up to 90 days before the start of the journey 20% of the rent, up to 89 days before 80 %, and 42 days before 100 %. The cancellation fee refers purely to the rental price! Extra costs like the cleaning fee, Wi-Fi, garage, etcetera will be reimbursed a 100 %.
If it is possible to rent the apartment to someone else for the canceled period, only the expense allowance
of 25 Euros will be charged.
The lessor reserves the right to charge 100 % of the rental price in case of a no-show! If the tenant can't arrive, it is his right to name other Visitors. Please give us a notice early enough that is coming to the apartment instead of you, if this happens. The decision to accept the new guests is up to us.
If the apartment will be left earlier than originally booked, the tenant has to pay the full amount for the stay nevertheless. The lessor won't refund the costs of the overnights that have not been taken! The burden of proof, that the lessor has saved expenses during the subletting, is up to the Guest.
A baby bed is bookable for 25 Euro!
City tax is not included and is 3 Euro per night per person from 16 years
The City tax for Children is 1 Euro per night per person between 6-16 years!
We charge 10 Euro per Person for a stay under 7 nights (once)!
For booking from foreign countries we charge a security deposit of 200 Euro!
The price for the Christmas Season is for 6 Persons!
