The detached house (2008) meets the modern needs for comfortable living. It sits on a 7700m² plot and there's also a 150m² forecourt. Parking is available in the garage and two additional parking spaces. The plot is in a pristine condition in order to preserve the character of the landscape.
Our guests will find that the 240m² of living space & useable area is ideal for relaxing. The house consists of a basement with shower, laundry and drying room, an upper floor with a fireplace lounge, dining area and a fully equipped fitted kitchen, as well as an attic with bedrooms and relaxation rooms, balcony and a fantastic view over the lakes and the national park. The house has 10 beds.

The Wigry National Park offers pure nature for hiking and cycling tours. You also have the option to spend your day in a kayak or rowing boat on one of the vast lakes.
The surrounding cities offer western comfort when it comes to shopping and leisure opportunities. In addition, you'll find special attractions in the tourist town Augustow (e.g. a water ski facility).

If you travel by car or mobile home: You can take the new motorway until Warsaw, from Warsaw you'll reach your destination via well-developed country roads (approx. 350 km). Along the way you'll see modern petrol stations and restaurants.
The nearest airports are in Vilnius (LT) - 110 km from the holiday location, or in Warsaw (PL) - 350 km from the holiday destination. From there, you can continue your trip by rental car or train.
