Characterful 18th century accommodation, located near a farm and the owner's accommodation, renovated in 2019 and shared into 3 gîtes, with shared indoor swimming pool (7x7m) and relaxation area with deckchairs. The Porthos cottage has a capacity of 6 people. Ground floor: living room/lounge/kitchen, a toilet, a bedroom (1 180x190 bed) (decorative fireplace) with private bathroom. Upstairs, you will have 2 bedrooms (4 twin 90 cm beds), a toilet, a bathroom (access via a step) communicating between the 2 bedrooms. Wifi. Outside, you can enjoy a private terrace with garden furniture, as well as common land of approximately 7000m². A common leisure room is available with billiards and darts. Possibility of access to the laundry room with washing machine and dryer. Gas heating included. Sheets and towels provided.
