This charming independent holiday home offers a peaceful retreat by the sea, with stunning views of Anse de Beauport, Pointe du Guilben, and St Riom Island. Located in a residential development, it’s just 8 minutes by car from the lively town of Paimpol, known for its summer festivities, including the sea shanty festival and concerts at the port. The Bois de Beauport, just 300 meters away, provides access to beautiful walking or biking paths, including the famous Beauport Abbey circuit, one of Brittany’s pilgrimage routes to Compostela.

The cottage is set across two levels. The ground floor features a spacious living room with a dining area, large kitchen, and a cozy lounge area with a connected TV and a pellet stove for comfortable warmth. The garage is perfect for storing bikes or other equipment. You’ll have access to two electric-assist bicycles, a hybrid bike, a mountain bike, and an inflatable paddle to explore the surroundings.

Upstairs, there are three well-appointed bedrooms: the L’Awen room with a 160x200 bed and sea view, the Flor room with another 160x200 bed, and the Saint-Riom room with two 80x200 beds, also offering a sea view. The bathroom includes a shower, toilet, and electric radiator. Outside, the enclosed garden features a 15 m² terrace, ideal for relaxation. Parking is available for one vehicle, with additional public parking just 50 meters away.
