Nestled in the heart of Old Antibes, the Safranier district is a charming and tranquil area just a short walk from the city center. It's close to the covered market and the Promenade de lAdmiral de Grasse. The district itself is known for its village atmosphere, flowery streets, and restored houses. From Antibes Town Hall, the district is accessible via Cours Massיna, Rue de la Pompe, and Rue du Bas Castelet.

The apartment includes a fully equipped kitchen open to the living room, a dining table, and a shower room with a WC. Household linen, bath towels, and toiletries (shampoo, shower gel, soap) are included. End-of-stay cleaning is also included (excluding dishes and trash). The apartment is located in a pedestrian street and is not accessible by car. A security deposit is required.
