One bedroom with a 160x200 cm bed is available, alongside an attached shower room and a relaxing chair. Additional amenities include a fully equipped kitchen, laundry facilities (washing machine, dryer, second refrigerator, and four-burner stove), and a separate WC. There is also a games room in the barn with a foosball table and seating. The home is pet-free.

Located just 2 minutes from Uzerche, "La Perle du Limousin," this home is ideal for exploring the region. Nearby attractions include Uzerche’s water sports base for canoeing and kayaking, as well as fishing. For swimming, visit the Bournazel Lake in Seilhac or Poncharal Lake in Vigeois. The AL GAULHIA Arboretum, just 1 km away, offers a beautiful collection of trees and water features to explore. Enjoy the local nature and history during your stay.

Upstairs, there are three bedrooms: two with 140x190 cm beds and one with two 90x190 cm beds (which can be joined), along with a child’s bed. A bathroom and separate WC are available. The house also features a reading nook with air conditioning for summer. Outside, enjoy pיtanque, badminton, and a 2000 m² garden with fruit trees. Final cleaning is available for 50€, and heating costs 35€/week or 6€/day.
