This adjoining house, located in the typical village of Canville-la-Rocque on the West Coast of Cotentin, offers a peaceful holiday between land and sea. It features two bedrooms upstairs: one with a 160cm bed and another with two 90x190cm beds.
Canville-la-Rocque is a small, charming village with a church featuring murals depicting the journey of pilgrims on the Way of St. James. This holiday home is located just a few kilometers from the beaches, offering easy access to the coast.
The house features a living room with a wood stove (first basket of wood provided, subsequent baskets available for purchase) and a TV. The kitchen, open to the living room, is equipped with a ceramic hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and freezer compartment. A WC is also located on the ground floor. Upstairs, a landing provides a workspace, and there is a bathroom with a WC, two sinks, and a shower. Sheets are provided, and beds are made upon arrival, along with a tea towel. Towels are not provided, and cleaning is optional (for an extra charge). Electric heating is included. The property has an unfenced garden, a private courtyard, a covered terrace, garden furniture, a barbecue, and parking. Charging electric or hybrid vehicles is prohibited.
