Shops are a short 5-minute drive away, and Arcachon train station is a 20-minute drive. Numerous restaurants, cafes, nightclubs, a sailing club, and bike rentals are also nearby.

The villa comprises a large sea-view terrace with a barbecue, a 1100m² enclosed garden, a bright living room with a fireplace and dining area, and a fully equipped kitchen (coffee machine, toaster, blender, kettle, oven, microwave, hotplates, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer). There is one bathroom with a bathtub and two bathrooms with showers, plus two separate toilets. Other amenities include a vacuum cleaner, washing machine, hairdryer, iron, hangers, high chair, children's books, TV, satellite/cable, fan, and games. Bed linen, towels, and natural care products are provided, and professional cleaning is included. A concierge will greet you upon arrival. Late check-in fees apply. Recharging electric cars at the property is strictly prohibited. A security deposit is required.
