The living room is equipped with HD television, in the entire flat there is also WLAN connection and Internet radio. There is a kitchen unit with a service hatch to the living room, 2 bedrooms with built-in cupboards and 2 baths with a bath-tub and toilet in each, additionally, one bathroom offers a bidet.
The modern air-conditioning can also heat in winter. The direct neighbouring flat is our private flat. If we are not on site, our balcony as well as our terrace can be shared.
Access to the sandy beach directly from the holiday apartment, swimming-pool close to the beach.
Very suitably for relaxation-seekers (the sun, beach, sea, reading, listening to music, rest, enjoy) as well as for the active holiday makers (mountain walking - our "house mountain" is 1500 m high, golfing - "Estepona of golf-course" is in close vicinity) among other things.
Own swimming pool (with baby basin) in the complex. Own underground parking.
Great day trips possibly to Gibraltar (30 minutes by car), Ronda, Marbella (15 minutes by car), Málaga, Granada (Alhambra!), Morocco (e.g., Tangier) or the "white villages" in the mountains (e.g. in the artist's village of Casares). FKK beach approx. 300 m away from own beach.
In the flat there are various info materials about destinations of the surroundings as well as guide books. Moreover, we happily give you a lot of tips if requested.
Of course you can head from here to other places (overnight-stays) like Seville, the capital of Andalusia or Córdoba.
Flight to Málaga. If you wish to hire a car, we happily assist you, as we can offer a 10% reduction for our guests (always new carriage). Importantly: Comprehensive insurance without deduction!
From Málaga airport to the flat it takes approx. 45 auto-minutes. There is the "old" road along the coast and a "quick" highway (with toll). We sent you all the important plans and documents for the journey with the keys to the apartment.
The entire journey by car (approx. 2500 km) is worthwhile only if one has enough time, moreover, there are many toll distances, - therefore it is quiet expensive. If requested you can use our underground parking place.
