The World Health Organization (WHO) has declared a health crisis of international concern and therefore, the opportunity to travel is limited. Here are some tips for the travel planning:

1. Please note that Traum-Ferienwohnungen is a mediation platform to connect hosts and vacationers. Bookings are done directly with the hosts. The hosts are the contracting party of the booking.

2. If you have any questions regarding a booking or inquiry, please contact the host directly. You can find the contact details in the exposé.

3. If you would like to change your booking because you are not able to travel now, please contact your host directly as well. You both can clarify how to deal with this special situation.

4. We have collected the most important sources of the Corona virus and possible travel restrictions. The information (in German) is constantly updated by the competent authorities.

Description

Child-free finca on the east coast of Mallorca! Pure peace guaranteed.
The app. Grande is quite generous with 56 square meters and has a large living room with an integrated kitchenette, a separate bedroom, a bathroom and a private garden area with a covered terrace and a barbecue.
The pool with several sunbathing terraces is in the upper part of the finca, embedded in the large garden plot.
There are a total of 6 apartments on the finca, which are spread over the property.

Play golf at the nearby V'al Dor. Play tennis in Manacor. Visit the market, Sundays in Felanitx and Mondays in Manacor, go diving in Porto Colom, have a walk or go hiking in the surrounding nature.

Holiday destination

In Son Macia, you can find a supermarket and a bakery. Furthermore there is a pharmacy, a hairdresser, as well as two restaurants and a bar.
The adjoining forest, called "Es Fangar", is ideal for long, quiet walks, extended hikes and offers a nice round for a run. In the middle of the nature, surrounded by pine trees, you can enjoy the peace, quiete and surrounding view up to the monastery of Sant Salvador.

Bei einem Rücktritt vom 59. Tag bis zum 30. Tag vor Reisebeginn 50 % des Mietpreises
Bei einem Rücktritt vom 29. Tag bis zum 1. Tag vor Reisebeginn 80 % des Mietpreises.

Die Bearbeitung für eine Stornierung beträgt 100 EUR.
In Absprache besteht die Möglichkeit, einen Ersatzmieter zu gleichen Reisebedingungen zu stellen.

Wunderschöne ruhige Finca in toller Lage

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit in der Finca und haben die Ruhe dort sehr genossen. Son Macia ist ein toller kleiner authentischer Ort und die Lage ermöglicht es, verschiedene Strände der Insel kennenzulernen. Absolut empfehlenswert für alle die einen Ort der Erholung suchen!

Ich bin alleine gereist, was eigentlich anders geplant war. Aber mein Freund musste doch arbeiten. Ich habe die Finca mit all ihren Facetten genossen. Sauber, absolut ruhig und auf einem Hügel thront dieses Can Negre mit Blick auf Son Macia. Am Pool habe ich ein nettes Paar kennengelernt und wir haben gemeinsam verschiedenes unternommen. Das nächstenmal mit meinem Freund gemeinsam und zwar bei euch lieben Fincateam, danke noch einmal für die wunderschöne Zeit auf eurer Finca.

Wir hatten das Grande und waren begeistert und absolut zu frieden. Sauber, gemütlich und kompl. alleine und ungestört auf der eigenen Terrasse mit kleinem Garten. Das war nicht unser letzter Besuch.
