This spacious and sunny apartment is located directly on the slope above Port Soller in a very well-kept residential complex. The apartment is located on the second floor and can be reached via an outside staircase. The front door takes you directly into the large open living-dining area. Adjacent here is the approx. 25 m² sun terrace, equipped with two sun loungers, a dining table and a large parasol. From here you have a wonderful view of the bay in front of it and the harbor over the roofs of the houses below. Next to the apartment you have another terrace of around 15 m² with a small, cozy corner surrounded by tropical and typical Mallorcan vegetation. Both terraces are also connected to each other.
An open kitchen is equipped with everything you need and directly behind it is the double bedroom and the shower room. The sofa bed in the living room can accommodate either one adult or two children (it is only 1.35 m wide). A communal laundry room offers the possibility of using the washing machine and dryer for a small fee (coin-operated machine).
In the complex there is a community pool with an adjoining sun terrace available to guests, which can be reached via stairs in the complex. The town and harbor of Port Soller is also only a few minutes' walk away, as is the beach and numerous cafes, restaurants and shops. If you have a rental car, you can park it in a private car park in front of the complex.

Port Soller is a beautiful bay in the west of the island, surrounded by the high mountains of the Tramuntana. A beautiful sandy beach is located directly below the promenade, which also has numerous cafes, restaurants and nice shops. Port Soller is also a good starting point for both land and water activities.

In the event that you wish to cancel your booking or that you have not paid the deposit in due course, the following charges will apply:
As of booking date until 90 days before arrival date: 30% of the total sum
89 - 61 days before arrival date: 50% of the total sum*
60 - 31 days before arrival date: 75% of the total sum*
as of 30 days before arrival date: 90% of the total sum*
When cancelling on arrival day or in case of a No Show we will also charge you 90% of the total sum.
In case of a No Show we will also charge 90% of a full nights rate for the preparation of the respective holiday rental.
