Villa Paradiso dIstria is located on a hill with a fantastic panoramic view of northern Istria in the small village of Kucibreg near Buje. There you will find all the amenities you need on vacation: restaurants, cafes, grocery stores and supermarkets. The nearest beach is about 22 km from the villa, named Kanegra. We recommend trips to the coastal towns of Umag and Novigrad, as well as to the more rural towns of Buje or Motovun. Discover the region while hiking or cycling and enjoy nature.

My Istria requires a 30% down payment to ensure your reservation. The remaining amount is charged 30 days before arrival on arrival where possible and depending on the selected payment method. In case of cancellation of the Rental contract, all the received payments until the cancellation date shall be retained, and the guest is not entitled to their return unless a cancellation insurance option is selected during the booking process for 4.5% of the total accommodation cost in association with Allianz insurance company. In case of a reservation cancellation, the guest demands the return of funds in accordance with the conditions of the Allianz Insurance cancellation policy, directly from the insurance company. My Istria shall give all necessary documentation at request of the insurance company for the needs of processing of the claim for damages.
A 100 € damage deposit on arrival or 35 € non-refundable property damage insurance is required
