The house is part of an area surrounded by greenery, made up of 4 well-distributed houses, including the adjoining Suite Cristina (which can also be booked).
Suite Paola boasts a private garden with lawn and flowers, and a large covered patio, equipped with a dining table for 8 people, a hammock, and a lounge area with two wicker sofas, ideal for relaxing after a day at the beach.
Among the external spaces shared with Suite Cristina you will find: the entrance gate, a brick barbecue, and a beautiful pool (120 sqm), carved into the rock, open from 1st June to 15th September, and equipped with sun loungers and deck chairs. From the pool you can admire a wonderful view over the Versilia coast.
Moreover, at guests' disposal a private parking for 2 cars.
Internal Description
Suite Paola is set on one level on the ground floor, and is contiguous to Suite Cristina. It can accommodate up to 6 people, has 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Internet Wifi is included. Pets are not allowed.
Guests will be welcomed by a large, open space living area, furnished with: two sofas, a long wooden table with benches, and a kitchen with dining table for 4-6 people. The kitchen is fully equipped with: stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, toaster, and coffee machine.
The sleeping area consists of 2 double bedrooms and 1 twin bedroom. Finally there are 3 bathrooms: two with shower and one with bathtub.

Included in the price: Internet Wifi; utilities (water, gas, electricity); house, garden and pool maintenance.

For cancellations up to 180 days before check-in no penalty will be charged,
from 180 to 30 days before arrival only 10% of the amount will be charged,
from the 30th day onward 100% of the amount will be charged.
A deposit for waste disposal (150,00€) is also requested at check-in (cash), and it will be returned
if the waste is correctly disposed of.
Tourist tax if required (the amount usually varies, depending on location, from 0.50€ to 4.00€ per
person per night for a maximum of seven nights, excluding minors, and will be paid upon arrival).
Excluded from the price: Cleaning at the end (300.00€).
