The beautiful exteriors of the property feature a large private chlorine swimming pool with a size of 7x6 m and a minimum depth of 90 cm, while the maximum depth is 1.60 m. The pool also has a children's area with 3 children's playground. It also has a children's area measuring 3.5x6m and a constant depth of 0.5m. All around, you will find sun loungers where you can relax in the sun, a barbecue and a furnished porch ideal to enjoy the Mediterranean climate while having a drink or a snack with your companions. There are neighbours nearby.
The interior of the three-storey house is designed to offer you the rest you deserve. The spacious and bright living-dining room has AC, Smart TV with satellite channels and direct access to the terrace. The kitchen is independent and has a ceramic hob and all the necessary utensils for you to cook comfortably. There is a washing machine, iron and ironing board in the house. There is a toilet on this floor. On the first floor there are three of the four bedrooms, all of them with access to a balcony. Two of them have double beds, while the other has two single beds. There are two bathrooms on this level: one with a bathtub and one en suite with a shower. On the first floor is the last bedroom, which is equipped with two single beds, dressing room and access to a terrace. There is AC in all rooms. If you are travelling with your baby, we can provide a cot and highchair.

There's a mandatory tourist tax in Balearic Islands, called Ecotasa. All guests, except people under 16 years, have to pay this tax. The amount varies between 0.55€/night and guest during the low season and 2.2€/night and guest during the high season. The tax is reduced by half from the 9th day for your stay.

Cala d'Or is one of the most spectacular holiday destinations on the island. The area has all the necessary services for your stay. In addition to the beauty of the typical buildings of the area, there are the paradisiacal coves around it, Cala Petita being the closest, but without forgetting, for example, Cala d'Or itself, Cala Esmeralda, or Cala Serena, as well as the impressive Mondragó Natural Park. There is also a golf course only 9 km away, known as Golf Vall d'Or, in case you want to spend a different day.

If a client wishes to cancel his booking he should immediately advise Homerti by calling and writing. In case a booking is cancelled by the guest, the agency will receive a cancellation fee as specified below:
Cancellation earlier than 35 days before arrival: Free cancellation
Cancellation within 35 days before arrival: 100% of rental fee
If the client decides to abandon the property after having checked in and before the rental contract has terminated, no refund of the paid rental fee will be made.
