Villa Blueview Fragaria consists of a ground floor and a first floor. A private pool is at guests' disposal as well. On the open-plan ground floor you will find a large living room connected to a fully equipped kitchen and dining area as well as 2 bedrooms with a double bed.
One of the bedrooms on the ground floor has a separate entrance from the covered terrace and view of the pool area and courtyard. The second bedroom on the ground floor has its own bathroom and a view of the backyard. The remaining 2 bedrooms are upstairs and each has a separate bathroom. In the outdoor area you will find a private pool with sun loungers as well as a covered outdoor dining area for 8 people and private parking

Villa Blueview Fragaria is located in the small village of Heraki in Central Istria, close to Sveti Lovrec, one of the best-preserved medieval fortified towns in Istria, where you will find the closest shop, restaurant and cafe. Also, the lovely medieval towns of Motovun, Buzet and Groznjan are in close proximity. The location of this villa offers guests the opportunity to explore the surrounding smaller towns and visit some local restaurants with some famous Istrian specialties.

My Istria requires a 30% down payment to ensure your reservation. The remaining amount is charged 30 days before arrival on on arrival where possible and depending on the selected payment method. In case of cancellation of the Rental contract all the received payments until the cancellation date shall be retained, and the guest is not entitled to their return unless a cancelation insurance option is selected during the booking process for 4.5% of the total accommodation cost in association with Allianz insurance company. In case of a reservation cancellation the guest demands the return of funds in accordance with the conditions of the Allianz Insurance cancelation policy, directly from the insurance company. MY ISTRIA shall give all necessary documentation at request of the insurance company for the needs of processing of the claim for damages.
A 400€ refundable damage deposit or 35 € non-refundable property damage insurance is required.
Max. 4 well behaved pets are welcome for an additional charge of 56€ per pet/per week.
