Villa Prodan has a large pool and can accommodate up to 8 people in 4 bedrooms. On the ground floor, there is a large open space area combining the kitchen, dining room and living room from where you can step out onto the covered terrace with BBQ. On the terrace you have the opportunity to sit, eat or relax in the lounge corner. While one of the comfortable bedrooms can be found on the ground floor with direct access to the terrace and garden, the other 3 await you on the upper floor, one of them with a balcony. All bedrooms have a separate bathroom. It is worth mentioning that two highlights are hidden in the basement of this villa - a play room with billiards table as well as a wellness area with sauna, deck chairs and a TV.

Villa Prodan is located in Murine, a small village near Umag. This town offers plenty of beaches where you can relax. Also, you’ll come across numerous traditional taverns so make sure to taste Istrian specialties. Sports lovers will be impressed with the opportunities this surrounding offers, from golf courts to numerous trails. Don’t forget to visit cultural sights such as the Church of the Assumption of Mary or the city museum - there’s a lot of history hidden in every corner of this area.

My Istria requires a 30% down payment to ensure your reservation. The remaining amount is charged 30 days before arrival on on arrival where possible and depending on the selected payment method. In case of cancellation of the Rental contract all the received payments until the cancellation date shall be retained, and the guest is not entitled to their return unless a cancelation insurance option is selected during the booking process for 4.5% of the total accommodation cost in association with Allianz insurance company. In case of a reservation cancellation the guest demands the return of funds in accordance with the conditions of the Allianz Insurance cancelation policy, directly from the insurance company. My Istria shall give all necessary documentation at request of the insurance company for the needs of processing of the claim for damages.
A 500 € refundable damage deposit or 35 € non-refundable property damage insurance is required.
