The stylish and spacious holiday flat Poderia 2 for up to 8 people extends over the ground floor and the first floor of a lovingly restored agriturismo near Massa Marittima. Surrounded by an olive grove, the flat Poderia 2 is an ideal starting point to discover the scenic and cultural sights of Tuscany.
Poderia 2, with private entrance and furnished terrace, has 2 double bedrooms, 1 triple bedroom and a single bedroom, a cosy kitchen with dining table, a living room with fireplace and two bathrooms with bathtub. The equipment also includes a TV, air conditioning, fridge, crockery, bed linen and towels.
The flat Poderia 1 in the same building offers space for up to 4 people, so that the entire house can be rented for up to 12 people if required and available.
For cooling off on hot days, there is a communal pool right next to the building. The garden invites you to linger with several seating areas. The restaurant is about 800 m away.
There is also a heated indoor pool in the main building of the spacious property, a wellness centre with saunas and whirlpools as well as a modern fitness room (approx. 500 m away, use already included in the rental price).
The small restaurant of the agriturismo offers a rich daily breakfast buffet as well as excellent typical Tuscan evening menus (extra charge). Wines from the farm's own vineyard are served in the restaurant.
The farm's own products include very high quality olive oil from its own cultivation.

The nearest town of Massa Marittima, with shopping, restaurants and shops, is only about 7 km away. The beaches near Follonica are about 20 km away.
Numerous weekly markets can be visited in the surrounding picturesque medieval villages.
The Maremma will surprise you with its many facets, the landscape and the Mediterranean macchia, the clean and untouched sea, the original small villages. An ideal place to spend your holiday in contact with nature.
