The tenant may terminate the lease only until the 30th day, before the agreed start of the lease. If the tenant cancels less than 30 days before the start of the rental period, the full rental price must be paid. Refunds can be granted by the landlord only if the apartment can be rented elsewhere. The date of the postmark or the receipt of the e-mail is considered as the day of cancellation. In case of no-show, the full rental price will be charged.
The indicated prices are per day for 4 persons.
For each additional person 6,00 € per day are added.
Rental periods of less than seven days are possible upon request and at extra charge.
