Villa with private pool in the Country Village of Stintino, developed all on one floor consists of living room with sofa bed, kitchenette, double bedroom, second double bedroom and two bathrooms.
The property includes a veranda furnished with table and chairs for outdoor dining, private garden with private pool and private parking. Present: tv, washing machine, air conditioning in the rooms, wifi, oven and barbecue.

The villa is part of the Country Village, an exclusive residential complex on the outskirts of Stintino, located on a picturesque promontory overlooking the sea (Punta Su Torrione) on the northernmost point of the Gulf of Asinara, which allows a splendid view.
The complex has a large shopping center with supermarket, restaurants, pizzerias, grill, snack bar, ice cream store, stores of typical products, gym, beauty center and massage, swimming pools for adults and children, excursions and diving agencies; there is also a bus stop that takes you to the characteristic village of Stintino as well as to the beaches: the famous Pelosa above all, but also the Saline and the inlets of Punta Negra to name a few.

All cancellations and changes must be communicated in writing by the Customer.
Cancellation.
The cancellation made by the Client for confirmed reservations will involve the following penalties, always calculated on the entire amount of the stay:
- 20% of the amount, if the cancellation is communicated up to 91 days before the start date of the stay;
- 50% of the amount, if the cancellation is communicated from 31 to 90 days before the start of the stay;
- 100% of the amount: no refund for cancellations received in the 30 days prior to the start date of stay.
For the purposes of penalties, the entire stay is considered as a single period not divisible into individual weeks, the reference date for the counting of days is always that of the beginning of the stay, whatever the cancelled period; changes of period or accommodation are considered cancellations and therefore will be applied the penalties.
Linen rental with prior notice: 20,00 € per person.
Late check in, on request (for arrivals after 21.00): €50
Small pets: always on request, €50/week.
Air conditioning for rent: €50/week.
