Enjoy your holiday in the small tranquil village of Hofsgrund in the beautiful southern Black Forest at the foot of the Schauinsland.

Oberried-Hofsgrund is an ideal holiday destination for hikers, bikers and winter sports enthusiasts. Enjoy the landscape in summer on great hiking trails with numerous rustic mountain huts. In summer, the descent deep into the Schauinsland mine or a visit to the Steinwasenpark are also worthwhile. Winter sports enthusiasts will find ski lifts and a toboggan run for children right in the village. The large Feldberg ski area is also within easy reach.

4.1 Cancellation can only be made in text form and only becomes effective upon receipt by KGA.
4.2 If a booking is cancelled, the following fees will be charged. However, you are at liberty to prove that the loss incurred by us as a result is lower or has not been incurred at all.
a) from the day of booking and up to 31 days before the start of the rental period 30% of the total rental amount
b) from 30 days before the start of the rental period 80% of the total rental amount. If KGA does not receive a cancellation in text form, 100% of the total rental amount will be charged, even if the rented holiday home is not occupied. However, you are at liberty to prove that the loss incurred by us as a result of this is lower or not incurred at all.
4.3 If the holiday home is re-rented to another party and at the full price, the charges stated under point 4.2.b) can be reduced to an amount of EURO 50.00. If the holiday home cannot be re-rented or if the holiday home is not re-rented at the full price, the fees stated under point 4.2 shall apply.
4.4 The separation of the days mentioned under point 4.2 and 4.3 takes place in the preceding midnight.
4.5 If the tenant can substitute another tenant in the same period and for the same price, KGA accepts a change of name for a fee of EURO 50.00. KGA must receive notification of this in text form.
4.6 KGA accepts, as far as possible, a rebooking of the original rental agreement up to the 38th day before the beginning of the rental period for a fee of EURO 50.00. Any rebooking of the original rental agreement from and including the 38th day before the beginning of the rental period and thereafter will be considered as a cancellation (according to the aforementioned conditions) with subsequent rebooking.
