CASALE DELLA TOSCANA is a gorgeous and spacious two-storey villa for 14 adults plus 2 children. From Casale della Toscana, you’ll be able to enjoy splendid views of the surrounding Tuscan countryside. The villa has a total living area of around 350 square meters and includes a private swimming pool, a private garden, a private terrace, parking, air conditioning, heating and Wi-Fi.
Casale della Toscana was built as a country estate at the end of the 18th century. It has undergone various changes throughout the years, but in 2012 it underwent careful renovation to create a modern, comfortable designer home. The use of natural materials of Tuscan origin have ensured high-quality finishings.
The parking area is suitable for 6 vehicles and there are no steps between the parking area and the villa entrance.
The owner of the villa lives nearby and will be available to provide any assistance you may need whilst respecting your privacy.
THE GARDEN is around 10,000 square meters in size and is full of special corners where you can relax. Here, you will also find a vegetable garden tended to by the owner, from which you’ll be able to pick a variety of vegetables and prepare them together with the chef. In the garden, you will also find a pergola with a dining table for 14 people - the perfect place for al fresco dining.
THE PRIVATE SWIMMING POOL measures 8 x 15 m and varies in depth from 1.3 to 2m. The pool area is furnished with sun loungers, deck chairs and parasols and is partially shaded by a pergola. Here, you will also find a fridge and the pool area has lighting. The pool is available from the 1st May until the 31st October. Upon request, the pool can be heated for an additional fee. The pool is accessed down 15 easy steps from the villa.

THE LOUNGE contains a sofa, armchairs, a TV with satellite channels and a video player. Here, you will also find videos for children. The room is fitted with air conditioning and heating.
THE KITCHEN contains a five-hob gas stove, an electric oven, a microwave, an Americano coffee machine, an espresso coffee machine, a fridge with freezer, a dishwasher, a kettle, a blender and other small appliances. The room is fitted with air conditioning and heating. The kitchen is accessed from the dining room.

Rail links from Chiusi will take you Florence and Rome in little more than an hour, and San Casciano is also an ideal starting point for exploring the nearby towns of Chiusi, Pienza, Montepulciano, Orvieto, Perugia and Assisi.
Of all the regions in Tuscany, Val D’Orcia is considered to be the most beautiful by many. Explore the medieval wonders, hunt for truffles, or try making fresh tagliatelle on an Italian cooking course.
