The Balmis consists of 2 buildings with a total of 9 apartments. Each building has its own elevator. House A has 4 apartments, 2 on the ground floor and 2 on the first floor. House B has 5 apartments, 2 on the ground floor, 2 on the first floor and an additional one Penthouse on the second floor.The complex has private underground parking and outdoor parking spaces that are free of charge during your stay. We also offer you a heated 45 sqm infinity outdoor pool with a 150 sqm
large terrace. Pool loungers, parasols, outdoor showers, garden furniture and a fireplace grill are also available. A sauna and a fitness room are also at your disposal.
The use of the outdoor facilities is available to all guests. The apartments all have either a terrace or a balcony. All residential units have a sea view.
