Old restored villa Fiore Marusici has 2 bedrooms for 4 guests, with the possibility of accommodating up to 2 additional guests. Both bedrooms are located on the first floor. One bedroom has a double bed and a private bathroom. The second bedroom has 2 single beds and a separate bathroom which is also located on the first floor. Both bedrooms are air conditioned and have a TV. On the ground floor of the villa you will find a living room with a TV and a sofa, as well as a dining area and a kitchen. The entire space is interconnected and air conditioned. On the ground floor there is also a sauna and an another bathroom. In the garden you will find a private pool and lounge chairs, a covered terrace with a dining table and a barbecue.

Villa Fiore Marušići is located in the quiet village of Marušići. This part of Istria is known for its small medieval towns, picturesque hills, vineyards and olive groves. Visit the nearby towns of Motovun, Vižinada or Buje. Only 20 km away there is Umag, known for its pebble and rocky beaches and the ATP Croatia Open tennis tournament. The first railway in Istria, which passed through Buje, has been turned into a bicycle path along which you can enjoy the ride and the beautiful landscape. We recommend a visit to Istralandia aqua park.

My Istria requires a 30% down payment to ensure your reservation. The remaining amount is charged 30 days before arrival on on arrival where possible and depending on the selected payment method. In case of cancellation of the Rental contract all the received payments until the cancellation date shall be retained, and the guest is not entitled to their return unless a cancelation insurance option is selected during the booking process for 4.5% of the total accommodation cost in association with Allianz insurance company. In case of a reservation cancellation the guest demands the return of funds in accordance with the conditions of the Allianz Insurance cancelation policy, directly from the insurance company. MY ISTRIA shall give all necessary documentation at request of the insurance company for the needs of processing of the claim for damages.
A 300,00 € refundable damage deposit or 35 € non-refundable property damage insurance is required.
