The villa has a large garden and a private pool. In the villa's garden, there are swings, a slide and a trampoline that are sure to delight the little ones. Bicycles are also available for guests to use, making them an ideal means of transport for those wishing to explore the surrounding area. Grill lovers can prepare their favourite dish on the grill in the villa's garden and serve it at the dining table on the covered terrace. The villa can accommodate up to 6 guests in 3 bedrooms which are on the first floor together with two bathrooms. On the ground floor are the living room, the dining room and the fully equipped kitchen. The ideal place for larger gatherings is the tavern with a fireplace and dining table.

The villa is located in Veli Golji, a few kilometres from the old town of Labin and the beautiful beaches of Rabac. We recommend that lovers of active tourism visit the Učka Nature Park. Also, visit Labin, the artist town with a rich history. If you want to cool off in the sea during the summer heat and enjoy the beautiful beaches, Rabac is the place for you. Enjoy the natural as well as cultural beauties of Istria and discover some interesting things for yourself.

My Istria requires a 30% down payment to ensure your reservation. The remaining amount is charged 30 days before arrival on on arrival where possible and depending on the selected payment method. In case of cancellation of the Rental contract all the received payments until the cancellation date shall be retained, and the guest is not entitled to their return unless a cancelation insurance option is selected during the booking process for 4.5% of the total accommodation cost in association with Allianz insurance company. In case of a reservation cancellation the guest demands the return of funds in accordance with the conditions of the Allianz Insurance cancelation policy, directly from the insurance company. My Istria shall give all necessary documentation at request of the insurance company for the needs of processing of the claim for damages.
A 200 € refundable damage deposit or 35 € non-refundable property damage insurance is required.
