Villa Gelci dates from the 18th century and was restored in 2010 with great care and attention to detail. It can accommodate up to six people and has three bedrooms, three bathrooms, a living room and a kitchen with a dining area. The three bedrooms are on the 1st floor, while the kitchen with an adjoining dining area and the living room are on the ground floor. In the outside part of the villa you will find a terrace with a private pool, which offers you a breathtaking view of the Adriatic Sea and the surrounding hills. If you want to try a few local delicacies, a grill is at your disposal on the terrace. And while you put your culinary skills to the test, your children can enjoy themselves in the playground right next to it.

Villa Gelci is located in Trget in Istria. This idyllic fishing village is located in the twelve kilometre long Raša Bay southwest of the town Labin. The first beach is only 900 metres away from Villa Gelci. A diverse range of cafes, restaurants, excursions and sports activities can be found in Rabac and the medieval town Labin, which is ca. 12 kilometres away and can be reached in less than 20 minutes by car. Labin, known as an artists’s paradise, will enchant you with its numerous ateliers.

My Istria requires a 30% down payment to ensure your reservation. The remaining amount is charged 30 days before arrival on on arrival where possible and depending on the selected payment method. In case of cancellation of the Rental contract all the received payments until the cancellation date shall be retained, and the guest is not entitled to their return unless a cancelation insurance option is selected during the booking process for 4.5% of the total accommodation cost in association with Allianz insurance company. In case of a reservation cancellation the guest demands the return of funds in accordance with the conditions of the Allianz Insurance cancelation policy, directly from the insurance company. My Istria shall give all necessary documentation at request of the insurance company for the needs of processing of the claim for damages.
Well behaved pets (max 2) are welcome with an extra cleaning charge of 105 € per pet per week.
A 300,00 € refundable damage deposit or 35 € non-refundable property damage insurance is required
