The VILLA GRAN AZUL is truly majestic. A mix of Mediterranean style and modern construction, the villa is organized over four floors and four apartments compose the villa. With different possible combinations. We access the property through a large main entrance, with the possibility of parking several cars. A first apartment, LILA with a capacity of four people. It consists of two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the second with two single beds. A bathroom with a bathtub, an open kitchen and living room with a sofa and a magnificent sea view. A central staircase and an elevator allow us to take to the different floors of the property. On our left, the WHITE apartment. Equipped with a spacious kitchen, living room and dining room with a terrace offering breathtaking views of the sea. Three bedrooms equipped with double beds and single beds. One floor below is the YELLOW apartment. For six people, three bedrooms with single and double beds, a bathroom with bathtub, a living room and a dining room. A furnished hall with a round table and chairs. This apartment gives access to the main terrace of the property. Going down a floor, we access on our right to the GREEN apartment. A reformed kitchen, open to the living room and dining room. Two bedrooms, one with two single beds and the other in suite with a bathroom with bathtub. A terrace is available with sea views. Each of the apartments on the property has a magnificent sea view. The distribution of the villa GRAN AZUL allows everyone to have a private space. The villa is very nice, and allows you to get together with family or friends.
The access to the property is impressive. The villa is located in a quiet area just 300 metres from the beach. Two restaurants are available and in high season, the street becomes pedestrianised and cars are not allowed. The swimming pool is located on the intermediate level, facilitating access from all apartments. A large terrace allows you to gather around the table and share meals and moments together. Sun loungers are available to enjoy the sun and climate of the Costa Blanca. The garden is composed of plants and typical trees of the region. A paddle track is available. The landscape is divided between sea and mountain. A barbecue is available. Privacy, comfort, nature and relaxation will be the watchwords of a successful stay in this villa. The proximity to the beach makes it an idyllic place for a successful holiday.
