Wonderful high quality duplex set in a second row street in front of the sea in Puerto Pollença.
There are two communal pools, a big one and a small one, to share with the other ten apartments in the building. Nice and elegant gardens surround the apartments and the pool.
This duplex is sent on the ground floor. Careful to detail, there is a hall, an equipped kitchen, a lovely bathroom and a large living and dining room open to a terrace next to the pools. Upstairs there are three fabulous bedrooms and two bathrooms, one of them in suite. Set in a quiet street that allows easy free parking, but just at a ten minute walk from the centre.
