Wonderful villa in a private condominium with communal swimming pool 1 minute from the magnificent Manta Rota beach.
Located 2 minutes from restaurants, cafes and supermarket and 5 minutes from the town centre.
Consisting of two floors and attic: Ground floor comprising living room with TV, bathroom with shower and dining room for eight people in an open space with kitchen that is fully equipped with oven, fridge, microwave, machine washing machine and dishwasher.
Patio with BBQ, sink, table and chairs.
On the 1st floor it comprises: two bedrooms with a double bed and one of them being a suite with a shower, a shared bathroom with a bathtub.
On the top floor there are two bedrooms, one with two single beds and one single bed and a trundle, bathroom with shower and terrace.
The villa is equipped with air conditioning in every room.
It has nice balconies and in the condominium there is a parking space. It is a dream house for your vacation.
Price does not include bed linen or towels. The clothing service has a charge of 5% on the total price of the reservation.

In case of cancellation the following costs will apply:
More than 4 weeks before the check-in date will be penalized with 25 €.
Between 4 weeks and 15 days prior to check-in date, 50% of the prepayment will be charged.
Less than 15 days prior to the check-in date will be penalized 100% of the prepaid.
In case of No Show: 100% of the prepaid.
