Villa Magdalena is set on a 2400 m2 large plot, just a few kilometers away from beautiful pebble beaches and offers accommodation for up to 10 guests. It has 5 bedrooms, each with double bed, air-condition, TV and en-suite bathroom. 2 bedrooms are located on the ground floor, 3 bedrooms are on the upper floor. It has a beautiful private pool. There is a covered terrace with a large dining table for al-fresco dining. In the garden in a separate covered terrace, there is an outdoor kitchen equipped with a gas grill, several gas stoves, a sink, fridge, and a microwave. Of course, in the villa, there is a fully equipped kitchen at your disposal. The kitchen is set on the open-concept ground floor, along with the dining area and living room.

Villa Magdalena is located in Presika near Labin. Labin is a very small town on the eastern coast of Istria. It is located on a hill, just a few kilometers from the coastal town of Rabac that is famous for its pebble beaches. Labin and Rabac are touristy towns and offer a lot of restaurants, cafés, and shops. In the area, you have a selection of bike and hike trails to explore. You can also explore many great restaurants in the area.

My Istria requires a 30% down payment to ensure your reservation. The remaining amount is charged 30 days before arrival on arrival where possible and depending on the selected payment method. In case of cancellation of the Rental contract, all the received payments until the cancellation date shall be retained, and the guest is not entitled to their return unless a cancellation insurance option is selected during the booking process for 4.5% of the total accommodation cost in association with Allianz insurance company. In case of a reservation cancellation, the guest demands the return of funds in accordance with the conditions of the Allianz Insurance cancellation policy, directly from the insurance company. My Istria shall give all necessary documentation at request of the insurance company for the needs of processing of the claim for damages.
A 300€ refundable damage deposit or 35 € non-refundable property damage insurance is required.
