Villa Casa Bella is located in the small Istrian village of Zudetici. Quiet location surrounded by nature offers everything you need for a relaxing family vacation. If you decide to take short trips in the area, the towns of Vizinada, Groznjan, Motovun or Momjan are definitely worth visiting - historical Istrian towns that exude an Istrian atmosphere and offer a wide gastronomic offer of local specialties. About 20 kilometers away from the villa you will find the nearest beach in Porec.

My Istria requires a 30% down payment to ensure your reservation. The remaining amount is charged 30 days before arrival on arrival where possible and depending on the selected payment method. In case of cancellation of the Rental contract, all the received payments until the cancellation date shall be retained, and the guest is not entitled to their return unless a cancellation insurance option is selected during the booking process for 4.5% of the total accommodation cost in association with Allianz insurance company. In case of a reservation cancellation, the guest demands the return of funds in accordance with the conditions of the Allianz Insurance cancellation policy, directly from the insurance company. My Istria shall give all necessary documentation at request of the insurance company for the needs of processing of the claim for damages.
