Villa Lora is set in the western part of Istria. It is an ideal accommodation for 5 guests. The completely enclosed garden features a private pool, cozy sun loungers, and a lovely outdoor kitchen with a dining area. The interior of the villa is divided into 2 floors. Stairs lead from the garden directly to the 1st floor, where you will find the fully equipped kitchen and the dining and living area. Villa Lori has 2 bedrooms with a double bed. Each bedroom is air-conditioned and has a TV, and an en-suite bathroom, which ensures complete comfort for guests.This villa is perfect for those who search for a relaxing vacation in an area, close enough to the sea and other tourist hot spots, and yet far enough from the crowd and daily stress.

This villa is located in a small Istrian place Cambarelici near the town of Labin. The nearest beach is only approx. 9 km away from the villa. Istria is known for numerous hiking and biking trails. Be sure to visit the towns of Labin and Rabac. If you want to visit the other towns in Istria, we recommend visiting the romantic town of Rovinj, or the historical city of Pula. Take a full-day excursion to the Ucka Nature Park or the Brijuni National Park.

My Istria requires a 30% down payment to ensure your reservation. The remaining amount is charged 30 days before arrival on arrival where possible and depending on the selected payment method. In case of cancellation of the Rental contract, all the received payments until the cancellation date shall be retained, and the guest is not entitled to their return unless a cancellation insurance option is selected during the booking process for 4.5% of the total accommodation cost in association with Allianz insurance company. In case of a reservation cancellation, the guest demands the return of funds in accordance with the conditions of the Allianz Insurance cancellation policy, directly from the insurance company. My Istria shall give all necessary documentation at request of the insurance company for the needs of processing of the claim for damages.
