Clean lines and elegant colour accents - Villa Maya Mugeba is characterised by a timeless, modern design. With a total of 244sqm, it offers space and comfort for up to 8 people. There awaits you a refreshing private pool and garden, which will be beautifully green by the time you arrive. The ground floor is divided into two separate areas. There is a stylish living and dining area with kitchen where you will surely enjoy gathering. Ample glass fronts provide plenty of natural light. This area is completed by a guest WC and a laundry room. On the ground floor there is also a second area with its own entrance. There you can relax in a beautiful bedroom with double bed and TV. You will also find an en-suite bathroom.Both areas have access to the large veranda, which offers a wonderful view of the outdoor area. Stairs lead to the private pool with sunloungers where you can unwind your soul. Nearby you will also find a cosy sitting area with charcoal barbecue for delicious meals.
On the first floor are the remaining 3 cosy bedrooms with TV and en-suite bathrooms. Two rooms have a double bed and one room has two single beds that can be moved apart. All bedrooms are connected by glass doors to the large terrace.There are 3 bicycles at your disposal.

Villa Maya Mugeba is located in Mugeba, a quiet village near Porec. The nearest beach is only 2 km away and is located in the seaside resort of Zelena on the west coast of Istria. There you will find enchanting stone and pebble beaches where you can relax and unwind. For various activities you do not have to leave Mugeba. The nearest restaurant, store and cafe are within walking distance from the villa.
Of course, you should not miss a visit to the historic coastal town of Porec, which is only a 10-minute drive from Villa Maya Mugeba. Visit sights such as the Euphrasius Basilica, which is a Unesco cultural heritage site, or stroll along the promenade. Numerous cafes and restaurants attract with a gastronomic offer that leaves nothing to be desired.

My Istria requires a 30% down payment to ensure your reservation. The remaining amount is charged 30 days before arrival on on arrival where possible and depending on the selected payment method. In case of cancellation of the Rental contract all the received payments until the cancellation date shall be retained, and the guest is not entitled to their return unless a cancellation insurance option is selected during the booking process for 4.5% of the total accommodation cost in association with Allianz insurance company. In case of a reservation cancellation the guest demands the return of funds in accordance with the conditions of the Allianz Insurance cancelation policy, directly from the insurance company. MY ISTRIA shall give all necessary documentation at request of the insurance company for the needs of processing of the claim for damages.
A 200,00 € refundable damage deposit or 35 € non-refundable property damage insurance is required.
