The spacious and bright interior gives the impression of freshness. Villa Hedera is divided into two floors and can accommodate a total of 10 people in 4 comfortable and spacious bedrooms. On the ground floor of the villa, there is a living room, kitchen and dining room with a beautiful panoramic sea view, two bedrooms and one bathroom. Cook your favorite food and enjoy at the same time the magical view that extends to the Kvarner Bay. On the first floor of the villa there are two bedrooms and one bathroom as well as a living room with billiards with access to the balcony.

Villa Hedera is located in a small village Dramalj in the Kvarner Bay. The village of Dramalj is only a short drive away from the famous tourist town of Crikvenica. In Crikvenica you can find restaurants, small shops and a supermarket. One of the largest Central European ports and the third largest Croatian city Rijeka is only 30 km away from Dramalj. Rijeka is known for its long historical and cultural heritage, numerous restaurants, cafes, clubs, bars and events.

My Istria requires a 30% down payment to ensure your reservation. The remaining amount is charged 30 days before arrival on on arrival where possible and depending on the selected payment method. In case of cancellation of the Rental contract all the received payments until the cancellation date shall be retained, and the guest is not entitled to their return unless a cancellation insurance option is selected during the booking process for 4.5% of the total accommodation cost in association with Allianz insurance company. In case of a reservation cancellation the guest demands the return of funds in accordance with the conditions of the Allianz Insurance cancelation policy, directly from the insurance company. MY ISTRIA shall give all necessary documentation at request of the insurance company for the needs of processing of the claim for damages.
A 500,00 € refundable damage deposit or 35 € non-refundable property damage insurance is required.
