Villa Dolce Bacio is a dream villa in an idyllic location that offers you the comfort, tranquility and privacy that you are looking for! This luxuriously furnished house is located on a plot of 2000m2, just 1km as the crow flies from the sea.
On the ground floor of the fully air-conditioned villa you will find the spacious living area, the fully equipped kitchen, a huge dining table for 10 people, a separate toilet and one of the comfortable bedrooms with its own bathroom. The dreamlike Villa Dolce Bacio is located in the small village of Kavran, on a small hill just 18km north of Medulin. Far away from the tourist confusion, you can enjoy absolute tranquility here. The sea of the east coast is only 2km away from the villa and offers a nice selection of beaches where you can enjoy the crystal clear Adriatic sea. Dreamy bays with rocky coasts can be found here as well as child-friendly beaches. There is something for everyone!

My Istria requires a 30% down payment to ensure your reservation. The remaining amount is charged 30 days before arrival on on arrival where possible and depending on the selected payment method. In case of cancellation of the Rental contract all the received payments until the cancellation date shall be retained, and the guest is not entitled to their return unless a cancellation insurance option is selected during the booking process for 4.5% of the total accommodation cost in association with Allianz insurance company. In case of a reservation cancellation the guest demands the return of funds in accordance with the conditions of the Allianz Insurance cancelation policy, directly from the insurance company. MY ISTRIA shall give all necessary documentation at request of the insurance company for the needs of processing of the claim for damages.
