Villa no. 8 is located in the small village of Bazgalji, not far from Pazin, in central Istria. The nearest beach is only 32 km from the villa, in the romantic town of Rovinj, on the west coast of the Istrian peninsula. Rovinj is especially famous for its beaches, narrow cobblestone streets, and colorful houses that will delight you.

My Istria requires a 30% down payment to ensure your reservation. The remaining amount is charged 30 days before arrival on on arrival where possible and depending on the selected payment method. In case of cancellation of the Rental contract all the received payments until the cancellation date shall be retained, and the guest is not entitled to their return unless a cancellation insurance option is selected during the booking process for 4.5% of the total accommodation cost in association with Allianz insurance company. In case of a reservation cancellation the guest demands the return of funds in accordance with the conditions of the Allianz Insurance cancelation policy, directly from the insurance company. MY ISTRIA shall give all necessary documentation at request of the insurance company for the needs of processing of the claim for damages.
A 200 € refundable damage deposit on arrival or 35 € non-refundable property damage insurance in advance is required.
Max. 1 well-behaved pet (<10kg) is welcome with an extra cleaning charge of 50€ per week
