The two-story house welcomes us with a modern style and all the comforts for a perfect stay. On the ground floor we find the living room where we can watch TV with satellite channels and which is connected to the kitchen that offers a ceramic hob. On this floor there is also a bedroom with twin beds and a bathroom with a shower. On the first floor there is another room, a bathroom with a shower and 2 more bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with twin beds. The laundry area has a washing machine, iron and ironing board. If you are travelling with your baby we can prepare a cot and a high chair. Finally, the house is equipped with pellet central heating and 3 fans.
The exteriors of this country house, in addition to being beautiful and well-kept, are very complete. They include a private water salt pool that measures 10 x 4.5 meters while the depth ranges between 1.20 and 1.60 meters; sun beds and umbrellas by the pool for sunbathing; a nice garden with an outside dining table; a barbecue area on the glazed porch; playing area for the little ones and ping pong table, etc. In addition, the property is fenced and the privacy is total.

There's a mandatory tourist tax in Balearic Islands, called Ecotasa. All guests, except people under 16 years, have to pay this tax. The amount varies between 0.55€/night and guest during the low season and 2.2€/night and guest during the high season. The tax is reduced by half from the 9th day for your stay.
Guests will receive an email 7 days prior to arrival with mandatory general deposit payment information. The deposit is payable by credit card via a secure link within 24 hours after receiving the email. The house is in a bucolic setting, surrounded by beautiful fields as far as the eye can see. It is located on the outskirts of Ariany, a small town in the heart of Mallorca, with all the basic services for an independent stay. The best asset of this central location is that it is the perfect starting point to discover the entire island: the Sierra de Tramuntana, the beaches of the north or the east of the island are not far, as is the capital Palma.

If a client wishes to cancel his booking he should immediately advise Homerti by calling and writing. In case a booking is cancelled by the guest, the agency will receive a cancellation fee as specified below:
Cancellation earlier than 35 days before arrival: Free cancellation
Cancellation within 35 days before arrival: 100% of rental fee
If the client decides to abandon the property after having checked in and before the rental contract has terminated, no refund of the paid rental fee will be made.
