More than 30 days before the arrival date: 25% of the total amount of the reservation.
30 days before the arrival date: the total amount of the stay is due.
In case of no-show: the total amount of the stay is due.
The balance is to be paid 1 month before the arrival date. If this is not done by the tenant, then the landlord reserves the right to re-let the accommodation and the deposit will be lost.
Last minute booking: no payment by check will be accepted. This one must be carried out by bank transfer, bank card or cash.
