All cancellations must be communicated by registered mail to the reservation department. In case of cancellation by the customer, the refund will be made by the reservation department, except for the fees as follows:
Cancellation up to and including the 21st day before the start of the stay: the amount of the deposit will be retained and the balance will be refunded if it has already been paid at the time of cancellation.
Cancellation between the 20th and the 8th day inclusive before the beginning of the stay: 50% of the rental amount and the amount of the services directly related to the stay will be retained if the customer has chosen any;
Cancellation between the 7th and the 2nd day inclusive before the beginning of the stay:
75% of the rental amount and the amount of the services directly related to the stay will be retained, if the customer has chosen any;
Cancellation the day before or on the day of arrival: 100% of the rental amount will be retained.
