This very large, comfortable and fine flat is equipped with all conveniences and luxuries. Living room with television, sitting area and a large open kitchen with round dining table. The living room is spacious but because it is located in the basement there is little daylight, big advantage of this space is that the hot summer days it's nice and cool. For the warmth during the winter days and cold evenings you can enjoy around the wood stove. On the other hand, the kitchen is nice and bright and is furnished as a kitchen diner.
The kitchen is well equipped with cooking utensils. Fridge with freezer, induction hob with electric oven. There is also a separate microwave. The round dining area is adjacent to the window and the patio door. This kitchen area is adjacent to the terrace overlooking the garden with a large pond. The entire flat is heated by CV and partial underfloor heating.
There are two bedrooms, one bedroom with two single box spring beds, walk-in closet with an adjoining simple bathroom with a shower. The second bathroom has a Loft with king-size box spring beds for two persons, a nice walk-in closet and there is an infrared cabin present! The beds are all made up. There is also a separate bathroom with shower, washbasin and a toilet. Everything is situated on the ground floor and with the exception of one bedroom + bathroom no thresholds.

The luxurious Garden Apartment has access to a large private terrace on a beautiful pond. The flat is especially cool in summer and in winter, the wood-burning stove brings extra cosiness and warmth inside. The infrared cabin is highly recommended and will bring you extra peace and relaxation during your stay.
A walk through the adjoining orchard is worthwhile in almost every season. Especially when the blossom turns colour!
The Veerse Meer is within walking distance. The North Sea beach can be reached within ten minutes. A fantastic restaurant on the doorstep and shops in the nearby villages.
