The villa has a large garden with a large private pool, 12 cozy sun loungers, and a covered dining area with charcoal barbecue, ideal for al fresco dining on sunny days. The interior, spread on 600 m2 and divided into two floors consists of in total 6 bedrooms, each with an en-suite bathroom, air-conditioning and a TV. 5 bedrooms are located on the ground floor, and one on the upper floor. The fully equipped kitchen with its dining area and the living room are set on the upper floor, which enables amazing views of the surroundings and the sea. My Istria requires a 30% down payment to ensure your reservation. The remaining amount is charged 30 days before arrival on on arrival where possible and depending on the selected payment method. In case of cancellation of the Rental contract all the received payments until the cancellation date shall be retained, and the guest is not entitled to their return unless a cancelation insurance option is selected during the booking process for 4.5% of the total accommodation cost in association with Allianz insurance company. In case of a reservation cancellation the guest demands the return of funds in accordance with the conditions of the Allianz Insurance cancelation policy, directly from the insurance company. MY ISTRIA shall give all necessary documentation at request of the insurance company for the needs of processing of the claim for damages.
A 1000,00 € damage deposit or 35 € non-refundable property damage insurance is required.
