Villa Stancija Salamon is located in Svetivincenat, in central Istria. This newly renovated villa offers absolute privacy. It has a beautifully maintained garden and old trees that provide plenty of natural shade. On the other side, by the large swimming pool, you can simply unwind and soak up the sun. Steps away, there is the covered terrace. The property consists of two stone houses. Each house has 2 bedrooms, some of which have en-suite bathrooms. The ground floor consists of a kitchen, a dining area, and a living room. The villa also has a private tavern with a charcoal grill, perfect for a family gathering. With its rustic and chic decor, Villa Stancija Salamon creates a pleasant atmosphere where you can feel at home.

Situated in central Istria, Svetvincenat could not be more conveniently located. The principal towns of the region, including Pula, Rovinj and Porec are all within a 30 minute drive, as are the beaches of the Adriatic coast. For a fascinating day trip take the boat over to the Brijuni National Park. Closer to home, Svetvincenat has a varied program of cultural events to enjoy over the summer months including the ethnic jazz festival and the International Festival of Dance and non-Verbal Theatre.

My Istria requires a 30% down payment to ensure your reservation. The remaining amount is charged 30 days before arrival on arrival where possible and depending on the selected payment method. In case of cancellation of the Rental contract, all the received payments until the cancellation date shall be retained, and the guest is not entitled to their return unless a cancellation insurance option is selected during the booking process for 4.5% of the total accommodation cost in association with Allianz insurance company. In case of a reservation cancellation, the guest demands the return of funds in accordance with the conditions of the Allianz Insurance cancellation policy, directly from the insurance company. My Istria shall give all necessary documentation at request of the insurance company for the needs of processing of the claim for damages.
A 500 € refundable damage deposit on arrival or 35 € non-refundable property damage insurance in advance is required.
