Villa Royal 1 Podstrana is located in Podstrana, only a short drive from the city of Split. The villa has 3 bedrooms and can accommodate up to 8 people. The ground floor consists of a kitchen, dining area, living room with stunning sea views and one bedroom with an en-suite bathroom. On the first floor, there are two more bedrooms with double beds and en-suite bathrooms. All bedrooms have air conditioning and a TV. My Istria requires a 30% down payment to ensure your reservation. The remaining amount is charged 30 days before arrival on arrival where possible and depending on the selected payment method. In case of cancellation of the Rental contract, all the received payments until the cancellation date shall be retained, and the guest is not entitled to their return unless a cancellation insurance option is selected during the booking process for 4.5% of the total accommodation cost in association with Allianz insurance company. In case of a reservation cancellation, the guest demands the return of funds in accordance with the conditions of the Allianz Insurance cancellation policy, directly from the insurance company. My Istria shall give all necessary documentation at request of the insurance company for the needs of processing of the claim for damages.
A 500 € refundable damage deposit on arrival or 35 € non-refundable property damage insurance in advance is required.
Max. 1 well behaved small pets is welcome with an extra cleaning charge of 70€ per pet per week.
