Apartment 4 offers a spacious living room open to the dining-kitchen. It's equipped with AC so that you can watch the TV-sat comfortably or cook on the ceramic hob. Here you find the washing machine, the iron and the ironing board. There are two bedrooms with twin beds together and AC.We can prepare a baby cot in one of them and a high-chair also is available. Finally, a shower bathroom completes the accommodation.
This is a family agrotourism comprising 5 apartments where the shared exterior areas will delight our guests. The great shared chlorine pool -that sizes 20 x 20 metres and has a water depth that goes from 0.4 to 1.6 metres- is the perfect place to cool down after sunbathing on the sunloungers or playing some tennis at the court. Then, you have a little private terrace where you can enjoy a glass of wine by the coffee table or on the two sunbeds while admiring the mountain views.
Pets are not allowed.
The holding of events is forbidden.

Located between Búger and Inca, this cosy agrotourism is placed in a rural environment perfect for those in search of peace. Búger is a small town nearer than Inca, although the latter offers more services for an independent stay. In addition, a street market takes place on Thursday mornings along the streets in the town centre. If you feel like going to the beach, the nearest one is 17.9 km away in Puerto de Alcudia.

If a client wishes to cancel his booking he should immediately advise Homerti by calling and writing. In case a booking is cancelled by the guest, the agency will receive a cancellation fee as specified below:
Cancellation earlier than 35 days before arrival: Free cancellation.
Cancellation within 35 days before arrival: 100% of rental fee
If the client decides to abandon the property after having checked in and before the rental contract has terminated, no refund of the paid rental fee will be made.
