The bathroom on the 1st floor has a walk-in shower, toilet and sink. There is also a toilet on the ground floor. There is a terrace with garden furniture in the south, so you have sun all day long.

d. If canceled between 1 month and a week before the start date of the rental period, 75% of the rental amount will be charged.
e. If you cancel less than a week before the start date of the rental period, 100% of the rental amount will be charge
