Luxurious apartment in complex with pool and direct lake access, 2 bedrooms and 2 elegant bathrooms. Enjoy your vacation right on Lake Garda! Here you wake up and can take a refreshing bath in the lake in the morning, then enjoy your breakfast on the large terrace with a beautiful lake view. The apartment offers a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, gas stove, oven, fridge with freezer and all cooking utensils. You can choose to dine at the dining table in the living area or on the terrace.
The apartment is on the ground floor of the condominium and has a private parking space directly in front of the entrance to the apartment. On the ground floor you will find a double room with closet, TV, air conditioning, a beautiful bathroom with shower, toilet, bidet, hair dryer and sink, the open living and dining area with fully equipped kitchenette, dining area for 4 people and TV with DVD.
A staircase leads to the basement, where the master bedroom is with a double bed, desk, SmartTV, closet, air conditioning and the associated bathroom with shower, whirlpool, toilet, bidet, sink, hair dryer and washing machine. Thanks to the large glass facade with patio door, you can access the park from the master bedroom and have a beautiful lake view from the bedroom.
The complex's pool is open from late May to late September. In the extensive park you can walk and relax to your heart's content. 2 sun chairs are available in the apartment.
The location of the apartment is perfect to enjoy the southern Lake Garda with its hotspots Sirmione, Peschiera and Desenzano, to go on extensive bike tours in the hinterland or to spend days on the lake by boat.

In case of cancellation between 60 days and 45 days before arrival, we reserve the right to retain 30% of the tour price.
In case of cancellation between 44 days and 30 days before arrival, we reserve the right to retain 40% of the tour price.
In case of cancellation between 30 days and 15 days before arrival, we reserve the right to retain 50% of the tour price.
In case of cancellation between 14 days before arrival and 5 days before arrival, 90% of the tour price will be charged.
For cancellation at 4 days before arrival and less or no-show 100% of the tour price will be due.
