This beautiful and comfortable new VILLA MASLINA - LOKVA consists of two comfortable units both with fully equipped kitchen and living area, both units offered for one group (max 12 person) with two family spacious bathrooms, and both units are connected by an internal staircase, from the south side of both floors of the villa there is a terrace from where is a beautiful view of the islands and sea, you can approach terrace from living space and from the bedroom. There are 5 bedrooms altogether. Villas interior is organized that way when you enter the spacious hall you are on the first floor level for the first unit, and internal steps lead you to the second level to the second unit. There is enough space for all of you if you want to enjoy together then you can use a spacious living area or covered outdoor dining place with a small kitchen next to the pool. Villa Maslina is close to the beach and family-friendly activities. You’ll love this place because of the views, the location, the ambiance, and the people. It is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids). Very comfortable and with few terraces that has amazing sea and island views. Come and enjoy this piece of heaven.
The internal steps led you to a fitness room with an orbit track and exercise bike on the second floor and from this room, you can exit to the pool area, you can also approach the pool from outside steps (exit from the hall) , altogether you don`t have too many steps, it is all very well organized and leveled. Three bikes are also available for your use so you can explore the neighborhood with an amazing view while driving.
The premises of the owner's house is a traditional tavern on the ground floor at the parking level. The owner produces his own craft beer and you have the opportunity to taste traditional food in the typical dalmatian atmosphere. (on request - breakfast or dinner can be served, not included in price)

The small, Mediterranean town Omis, with beautiful beaches and entertainment, is nearby. You can visit the famous town Split which has a lot to offer, the old part and Diocletian palace protected by UNESCO, it takes you approximately 40 min drive to get there, and it is worth it. You can also visit Makarska or even the park of nature Biokovo which is above town Makarska.
There is a possibility for a boat trip to island Brač that can be organized by the owner, you can also try rafting on river Cetina (not too rough) or amazing Zip-line over the canyon of the river Cetina, a lot of possibilities to make your holidays more interesting. Or you can walk in the old part of the place Lokva Rogoznica in the mountain and enjoy an amazing view all the time while walking.

Cancellation Policy: If Guest wishes to cancel his/her reservation the Agency can keep:
• 40% of total booking price if canceled 2 days after deposit payment, to 60 days prior to the Check-in Date
• 50% of total booking price if canceled 60-30 days prior to the Check-in Date
• 100% of total booking price if canceled 30-0 days prior to the Check-in Date
• Guest can cancel for free in 48 hours after paying Booking deposit (fully refund is secured)
In the event that the Traveler should request to change the number of persons, the arrival or the end date of a
confirmed reservation provided that the change is possible, the Agency will charge only the price difference
The eventual price difference will be refunded to the Traveler and the new Booking confirmation will be issued.
In the event that the Traveler should request to change the abovementioned from 29 to 2 days before arrival, if
the new reservation amount is less than the original reservation amount, the Agency will make a change
according to the Travelers request, but the amount of the reservation will not be reduced.
In the event that the Traveler requests to change a confirmed accommodation unit to an accommodation unit
of a different service provider, the change will be treated as a cancellation and the Cancellation terms stated
below will apply.
If a reservation change is not possible and the Traveler cancels the confirmed reservation, the Cancellation
terms stated below will apply.
If the client requests change of the reservation transfer up to 48 hours before arrival, and change is possible,
the agency will charge an administrative fee of 15 EUR, and a possible difference in price. Changes less than 48
hours before transfer are not possible.
• The guest is obligated to pay the full amount or the balance payment of the total reservation no later
than 40 days prior to the beginning date of the service.
In the period between 05.06.-18.09, Saturday is the required changeover day
